Background

You've created an account on Suggested, now what? We take a look at some of the things you should do to integrate Suggested with your site, and generally how to get started getting value out of it.

This is probably the easiest option to get started with. Just put a link to the feedback portal somewhere in your application.

We recommend putting a link to collect feedback on your user settings menu, ie:

Or you could place a link in the footer of your application

2. Setup a custom domain for your portal

You can use your own domain to host the feedback portal, for example feedback.yourcompany.com To get this setup take a look at this page to see how.

3. Setup single sign on

If you application has it's own user accounts, then you should setup SSO so that your users are automatically logged into Suggested. This removes friction as they don't need to create another user account. To see how this works, take a look at this page.

4. Customise your feedback portal

We make it easy to customise your feedback portal so that it matches your company's brand. You can set a logo, the brand colour, and the portal's favicon to match your site's look.

Take a look at this page to see how you can customise your portal.
